General Information


The PzKpfw III Ausf Aalso known as Panzer III was a medium tank , 10 of which were used by the germans between 1937 and 1940.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 5 and was 2.81 metres wide, 5.69 metres long, 2.34 metres high and weighed 15.4 tonnes.

Powered by a 230hp petrol engine the PzKpfw III Ausf A was capable of a road speed of 21mph and a cross country speed of 10mph. The PzKpfw III Ausf A had a road range of 103 miles
