General Information


The Inf Tank Mk IV (Churchill IV)also known as Churchill was a infantry tank , 1622 of which were used by the british between 1942 and 1945.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 5 and was 3.28 metres wide, 7.51 metres long, 2.49 metres high and weighed 38.5 tonnes.

Powered by a 350hp petrol engine the Inf Tank Mk IV (Churchill IV) was capable of a road speed of 15mph and a cross country speed of 8mph. The 190 gallon fuel capacity gave the Inf Tank Mk IV (Churchill IV) a road range of 161 miles and a cross country range of 95 miles.
