General Information


The 37 mm Gun Motor Carriage M6 was a self propelled artillery vehicle , 5380 of which were used by the americans between 1942 and 1945.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 4 and was 2.26 metres wide, 4.58 metres long, 2.12 metres high and weighed 3.28 tonnes.

Powered by a 99hp petrol engine the 37 mm Gun Motor Carriage M6 was capable of a road speed of 55mph and a cross country speed of 20mph. The 37 mm Gun Motor Carriage M6 had a road range of 180 miles
